Content & Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking and self-starting Content Marketing Manager who can lead Frontira in our own marketing activities while also supporting the team on strategy, research and building innovative digital products and services for leading companies in Europe.

We are looking for you if you are curious, independent and proactive and if you grasp concepts of content, growth marketing and are interested in also being involved in innovation projects.


Content & Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Remote in Europe or Berlin
What will keep your challenged?
  • Creating reports, articles and short format content based on trends, research into customers, markets, innovation and technology. Examples can be found on our website.
  • Manage our digital content development, editing and publishing and applying growth marketing techniques to drive engagement with potential leads
  • Help coordinate our marketing and publishing calendars in terms of strategy and operations
  • Support in trends scouting (desktop research) for our bespoke trends platform, signmesh.
  • Support our strategy and innovation teams on client projects including research, writing proposals, participating in workshops
Which traits contribute to your success?
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Understanding of digital content marketer specifically with 3 years experience in strategy and digital marketing
  • Growth marketing exposure
  • Email marketing
  • Experience with SEO
  • Strategic mind and excellent writing skills
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Collaborative and creative mindset
  • Business proficiency and German and English
