How does it work

1. Briefing Call

Schedule a call with us before the sprint to align on the Design Sprint setup and goals, as well as onboarding us on your specific needs and wishes.

2. Shifting demand

Day 1: Map out the problem and pick an important area to focus. We define and prioritize the challenges, set a common goal and discover opportunities in the customer, market and technology context.

3. Best practices

Day 2: Sketch out competing solutions on paper. Based on our findings during the understand phase we generate product & services ideas that are desirable, feasible and viable

4. Opportunity Areas

Day 3: Make decisions and turn your ideas into a testable hypothesis. We curate and vote on best solutions and define a clickable mock-up with a storyboard. (2 hour client call)

5. Findings

Day 4: Hack together a realistic prototype. Our product designer takes care of building the clickable prototype while a product specialist sets up the user tests.

Day 5: Get feedback from real life users. We test the prototype with 5 to 8 potential users and create clear next steps based on their feedback. (2 hour client call)
